Rig Solutions

OGL provides a controlled logistics path for complete land-rig moves and for offshore rig parts, spares and repair returns. The work begins with an agreed scope boundary, an asset and cargo register, locations, timing, ownership, transport basis and the compliance information available for each move.

Complete Land-Rig Moves

For complete land-rig programs, OGL can coordinate the tender basis, rig-down interfaces, heavy-haul requirements, staging, route and site constraints, mobilization or demobilization, delivery sequence and closeout. Equipment identity, dimensions, weights, lifting points and preservation requirements must be confirmed before execution.

Onshore Rig Logistics

OGL builds the move plan around the rig configuration, origin and destination conditions, available cranes and handling equipment, transport restrictions, staging needs and required delivery order. Responsibility boundaries and escalation paths are documented before mobilization.

Offshore Parts, Spares and Repair Returns

For offshore activity, OGL coordinates parts and spares—not the international movement of intact offshore rigs. Workstreams can include supplier or repair-vendor follow-up, dangerous-goods identification, packing, export preparation, international transportation, supply-base handoff, field receipt and repair-return control.

Mobilization Compliance

International rig logistics requires verified equipment identity, serial and model data, values, country of origin, dangerous-goods status, cleanliness requirements, trade-control review, temporary-import or export planning where applicable, and appropriately licensed customs-broker involvement. OGL coordinates these interfaces through the approved project structure and qualified alliance providers; OGL is not a customs broker.
