Major Projects. One Accountable Supply-Chain Desk.
OGL integrates the logistics and supply-chain workstreams that connect suppliers, purchase orders, cargo, borders, ports, and project sites. We support owners, EPC contractors, developers, and prime contractors with senior-led coordination from early planning through final delivery.
Your project team stays focused on engineering, construction, operations, and commercial decisions. OGL personally follows the vendors, documents, cargo-readiness dates, execution providers, and delivery interfaces responsible for the next milestone.

Give OGL the interfaces. Keep your team on the project.
OGL can combine selected logistics, supplier, procurement-support, material, destination, and reporting workstreams under one direct project desk. Scope and authority are defined contractually; the communication path stays personal.
Supplier → cargo → border → site.

Built for the Interfaces That Put Schedule at Risk.
Major projects rarely lose control at one obvious point. Risk accumulates between the purchase order and cargo release, between the supplier and packing provider, between the port and customs process, and between transport arrival and site readiness. OGL establishes one coordinated logistics workstream across those interfaces—with named ownership, direct follow-up, documented status, and escalation when a milestone moves.
We can support a defined logistics work package, an integrated project-supply-chain package, or a project-specific combination of sourcing support, expediting, material control, international transport, chartering coordination, customs interface, and final delivery.
The Work Package OGL Can Own
| Workstream | OGL Responsibility | Project Value |
|---|---|---|
| Early logistics input | Review origins, cargo profiles, route constraints, packaging needs, delivery milestones, and execution assumptions. | Logistics requirements enter the plan before they become field problems. |
| Supplier and PO coordination | Establish vendor contacts, milestone registers, document requirements, cargo-readiness checks, and exception follow-up. | Procurement status is connected to physical cargo reality. |
| Strategic sourcing support | Develop approved-source options, coordinate commercial inquiries, support bid comparisons, and align sourcing with logistics constraints. | Buyers receive a controlled sourcing path without losing technical authority. |
| Expediting and inspection interface | Follow manufacturing and document milestones; coordinate approved inspection providers and release evidence. | Delays and missing documents surface before planned collection. |
| Material and consolidation control | Coordinate packing, marking, consolidation, inventory records, and shipment release. | Materials remain identifiable and connected to the project schedule. |
| Global transport execution | Arrange multimodal freight, breakbulk, chartering, out-of-gauge transport, customs interfaces, and final-mile coordination. | One execution path connects source to site. |
| Reporting and escalation | Maintain agreed registers, status cadence, issue ownership, decision needs, and recovery actions. | Project leadership sees the next risk, owner, and required decision. |
From Bid Strategy to Site Handover
Define the work package. OGL reviews project phase, regions, cargo, vendors, contracting strategy, required controls, and owner/EPC interfaces.
Build the execution basis. We establish responsibilities, milestone logic, reporting requirements, provider qualification criteria, and immediate data gaps.
Engage suppliers and providers. OGL creates direct communication paths and verifies readiness with the people responsible for documents, packing, cargo, capacity, and release.
Control movement and exceptions. We coordinate transport and border interfaces while maintaining a clear status, risk, and escalation rhythm.
Integrate the destination. Local providers, import requirements, port or airport handling, inland transport, site access, and receiving constraints are aligned to the approved plan.
Close the record. Delivery evidence, outstanding actions, final documentation, claims support, and lessons learned are organized for project closeout
Logistics Integrator—Not an Engineering Contractor.
OGL is a project logistics and supply-chain company. We do not represent ourselves as the project’s engineer, construction contractor, or design authority. When a scope requires transport engineering, lift planning, route surveys, inspection, customs expertise, packing engineering, or other technical services, OGL coordinates appropriately qualified providers and integrates their approved deliverables into the logistics plan.
Technical specifications, design approval, engineering acceptance, construction means and methods, and final technical release remain with the client, appointed engineer, OEM, or licensed provider unless a future written contract assigns a defined responsibility to a properly qualified party.
Programs We Are Structured to Support
Oil, Gas & Energy
Upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, power-generation, renewable, terminal, pipeline, process-plant, maintenance, turnaround, and expansion programs with international supplier and schedule interfaces.
Mining & Critical Materials
Mine development, processing plants, mobile equipment, spares, structural and mechanical packages, electrical systems, consumables, and time-sensitive replacement cargo.
Infrastructure & Industrial Development
Road, bridge, port, airport, utility, water, manufacturing, and industrial construction programs requiring coordinated supplier, cargo, customs, and site-delivery workstreams.
Food, Camp & Essential-Supply Programs
Commercial food imports, camp-support materials, equipment, consumables, and recurring supply programs where documentation, condition, shelf life, regulatory requirements, and delivery continuity must be planned together.
A Senior-Led Desk—Not a Chain of Anonymous Hand-Offs.
OGL’s differentiator is direct personal ownership. We do not ask your procurement or construction team to chase every supplier, forwarder, warehouse, carrier, customs party, and delivery provider. Our project desk follows the responsible parties, verifies the current status, identifies the open decision, and brings a concise action path to your team.
The delivery structure scales to the approved work package. OGL can assemble qualified carriers, facilities, packing providers, surveyors, inspection resources, customs specialists, technical providers, and in-country execution partners while maintaining one commercial and communication structure for the client.

Contract Readiness Is Part of the Service.
Major-project buyers need more than strong marketing language. OGL’s prequalification pathway is organized around verified corporate information, operating authority, insurance, ethics and compliance, HSE and quality evidence, project controls, cybersecurity responses, partner due diligence, local-content planning, and approved experience records.
We distinguish clearly among being available to prequalify, registered, qualified, invited to bid, shortlisted, awarded, and executing. A supplier profile is not represented as an award—and an introduction is not represented as a contract.

Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers for procurement, project controls, logistics, and site teams evaluating the execution path.
Can OGL act as the logistics contractor on a major EPC project?
Yes. OGL can pursue a defined prime logistics, freight-forwarding, project-supply-chain, or specialist work package, subject to scope review, prequalification, commercial terms, insurance, local requirements, provider readiness, and contract approval.
Does OGL provide engineering and construction?
OGL does not currently position itself as an engineering or construction contractor. We coordinate qualified technical providers when logistics execution requires route surveys, transport engineering, lift planning, inspection, packing engineering, or similar inputs. Design authority remains with the appropriately appointed party.
Can OGL support a project before every cargo detail is known?
Yes. Early involvement is valuable. OGL can begin with the project schedule, supplier geography, preliminary equipment list, destination conditions, and contracting strategy, then identify the data and decisions needed to develop the logistics basis.
Can OGL support both international transport and in-country delivery?
OGL can build an integrated execution plan using qualified international and in-country providers selected for the approved scope. Final commitments depend on route feasibility, local licensing, statutory requirements, security conditions, customs structure, and provider due diligence.
